There is no standard 3-sided seal pouch size. But commonly used dimensions for small items are 75mm x 59mm for 1gm and 160mm x 230mm for 200gm for large capacity products.
Neither pouch is definitively "better"; the choice depends on your specific needs. A flat-bottom pouch is often superior for maximizing product volume and offers the best stability.
